The Rolling Stones - Tell Me

Tell Me - (Mick Jagger - Keith Richards)

Brian Duncan
I was 15 when this came out  how lucky I was to grow up in the  60's and always a Brian Jones fan
Brad Brassman
I think the guitar break at 1:45 is one of the best in any rock record, ever.  Brian at his best.

Harvey Keitel's strip club entrance in Mean Streets brought me here.

In 1966 (I'm 14) I was listening to that song non stop. Although I'm French, I was living in London. Happy me !

These are some great early shots of the Stones - I haven't seen most of them before, so thanks. This was the first Jagger/Richards song the band recorded, and is still one of my favourites. Even as a big fan, however, I have to be honest and say that nearly all their great stuff was done in the 60's. Honky Tonk Women was their last UK No 1 in 1969, and apart from Angie in 1973 and Start Me Up in 1981 the pickings have been thin. Fabulous band, though.
John Perry
Great early Stones song, superb photo's too.

Check out a flick called "Mean Streets" (1973) starring Harvey Keitel and Robert DeNiro. This tune with a couple of other Stone's songs is featured on the soundtrack early in the movie.
Lalo Mora
Is this the first actual Rolling Stones song put out by them? Cause I know their first Album was covers of blues songs
Alan Stout
The first proof that the Stones could write really good songs and didn't have to rely on Chuck Berry R'n'B covers in order to succeed.
David Peck
I've been a fan of the Stones since I heard them, first, in 1964. This remains my favorite Stones song. It was the first song Jagger and Richards wrote, together.
